Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to sell digital marketing solutions through a partnership model. The role combines a base salary with benefits and uncapped commissions in a hybrid environment with home office and in-field work.

Year 1 on-target earnings range from $85,000 to $95,000, with potential for more via bonuses; Year 2 ranges from $100,000 to $115,000 as you grow your book of business and expand client partnerships.

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a territory to set appointments and assess needs.
• Grow your book of business with small businesses, earning residual commissions for retained clients.
• Deliver virtual and in-person presentations to prospects and build strong client relationships.

What you will be responsible for as an Outside Sales Representative:

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model


• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO


• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments


• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management


• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects


• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
