Job summary

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in a hybrid role combining home office and in-field work. You will sell digital marketing solutions—websites, ads, reviews, social ads, and SEO—while building a strong client base across various industries.

The role includes 3 weeks of classroom training plus 9 weeks of field training, competitive compensation with base salary plus uncapped commissions, and a benefits package. Expect strong growth opportunities and a collaborative team environment.

• Sell Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold call business owners and prospect within a territory to set appointments and assess needs.
• Grow your own book by helping small businesses succeed with residual commissions.
• Deliver virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships across diverse industries.

Highlights and Compensation

Year 1 on-target earnings between $95,000-$105,000 with ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses! Year 2 on-target earnings between $112,000 - $132,000.

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
