Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Colorado to drive growth for digital marketing solutions. Earn a base salary with uncapped commissions and a robust benefits package in a hybrid work environment.

Year 1 on-target earnings are $90,000–$100,000, with Year 2 $105,000–$125,000, plus a $46,000 base salary. You’ll train extensively, build client relationships, and expand your book of business across diverse industries in a flexible, community‑focused company.

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments.
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management.
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries.
