Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth for our digital marketing solutions. You will be selling Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO, with a focus on new business acquisition and strategic account management.

The role features a hybrid work environment (home office and in-field), a structured training program, and an opportunity to earn on-target earnings that increase in Year 2.

• Promote Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold call business owners and prospect within a territory to set appointments.
• Grow your own book by helping small businesses succeed and earning residual commissions.
• Deliver virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships across diverse industries.

Job Requirements

Are you looking for an Outside Sales position with unlimited earning potential in a flourishing industry? Year 1 on-target earnings between $85,000-$95,000 with ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses! Year 2 on-target earnings between $106,000 - $125,000.

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
