Acosta Group in Memphis seeks an Outside Sales Representative to grow Danone product distribution and brand presence in a defined territory. You will engage customers, merchandize displays, and participate in store events with a focus on driving sales and shopper experience.

The role requires field sales experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel to multiple stores. Typical daytime, Mon–Fri schedule with paid training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be comfortable using a smart device with multiple apps.
• Ability to work independently under remote supervision with integrity and professionalism.
• Physical ability to occasionally lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

• Drive sales performance by promoting and selling consumer packaged goods (CPG) products and merchandising within assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, store personnel and client stakeholders to drive in store sales growth.
• Execute merchandising standards including displays and promotions.
• Participate in in-store sales events and promotional events.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand product distribution.
• Manage assigned territory through effective routing and prioritization.
• Communicate sales performance insights to internal teams and clients.
• Complete reporting and administrative tasks.
