Job summary

AC0-US Outside Sales Representative role focuses on driving Danone brand growth and in-store merchandising within an assigned Michigan territory. You will engage customers, promote products, and build relationships to hit dynamic sales targets in a field-based setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be comfortable using a smart device with multiple apps.
• Ability to work independently under remote supervision with integrity and professionalism.
• Physical ability to occasionally lift 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: outside sales, CPG industry, retail or field sales, and/or territory/route sales & merchandising.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills are required.

• Drive sales performance by promoting and selling consumer packaged goods (CPG) products and merchandising within assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, store personnel and client stakeholders to drive in-store sales growth.
• Execute merchandising standards including displays and promotions.
• Participate in in-store sales events and promotional events.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand product distribution.
• Manage assigned territory through effective routing and prioritization.
• Communicate sales performance insights to internal teams and clients.
• Complete reporting and administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and merchandising standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products sold and new product launches.
• Keep management informed of store issues, competitive activity, and market trends.
• Ensure full product distribution and display in all assigned accounts.
• Document and report activities, including sales results, merchandising, and store observations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
