Job summary

Hibu is seeking Outside Sales Representatives in a hybrid environment to sell digital marketing solutions to small businesses. You will conduct virtual and in-person presentations, grow a local book of business, and earn residual commissions through strong account management.

Your role includes cold calling, needs assessments, and building lasting client relationships across diverse industries while leveraging best-in-class marketing offerings and ongoing training.

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments.
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions.
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships across various industries.

Year 1 on-target earnings between $90,000-$100,000 with ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses! Year 2 on-target earnings between $100,000 - $120,000.
