Job description

As we experience rapid growth, we're seeking enthusiastic and results-driven sales professionals to join our team. What We Offer:

  • Competitive base pay plus up to $120 per install, with unlimited earning potential-your success determines your earnings! Top performers can make $150K+ per year!

Annual Salary: $31500

Schedule: 40 hours per week, may include one weekend day, flexible scheduling

Travel: 50% overnight travel (lodging and per diem provided)

What You'll Do:

  • Travel to residential neighborhoods to introduce potential customers to Wisper's high-speed internet services.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with communities, organizations, and businesses in your designated territory.
  • Consistently engage with leads and follow up to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Document and track sales activities daily in the CRM system.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least six months of experience in inbound sales, outside door-to-door sales, or a related sales/customer service role (telecom or internet sales experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to establish lasting customer relationships.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated D2D sales professionals with a "hunter" mentality and a passion for customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced team environment year-round.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Must have ability to be added on Company auto insurance
  • Must be able to drive without posing a risk to yourself or others
