Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to sell digital marketing solutions with a base salary, benefits, and uncapped commissions. You will receive best-in-class training, join a hybrid work environment, and build a local book of business.

In this role you will prospect, present, and close deals across multiple industries, grow client relationships, and enjoy ongoing support, clear career paths, and a President’s Club incentive.

Responsibilities

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions via partnership selling across Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Conduct cold calling and prospect within a defined territory to set appointments and assess client needs.
• Grow your book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earning residual commissions through strong account management.
• Deliver compelling virtual and in-person presentations to prospects and clients.
• Build lasting client relationships across diverse industries, driving consistent daily activity.

Job Requirements

Are you looking for an Outside Sales position with unlimited earning potential in a flourishing industry? Are you looking for an opportunity where you can earn uncapped commissions while still having a base salary with full benefits? Year 1 on-target earnings between $90,000-$109,000 with ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses! Year 2 on-target earnings between $104,000 - $122,000.

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
