Panda Exteriors is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant to connect with homeowners, close deals, and generate strong income in the Mid-Atlantic region.

We provide a paid 30-day bootcamp with ongoing mentorship and a full operations team to support your selling. Expect uncapped commissions, a company truck, and comprehensive benefits as you build a long-term, high-earning career with Panda Exteriors.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years proven sales closing experience (home improvement, roofing, solar, pest, or similar).
• Competitive drive and commitment to crushing sales goals.
• Comfortable climbing roofs and inspecting property damage.
• Polished communicator who can handle tough conversations professionally.
• Tech-friendly (CRM, mobile apps, iPad).
• Ability to carry a ladder up to 100 lbs and climb roofs as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Proficiency in computer systems and mobile technology such as iPads.

Responsibilities

• Run company-provided and self-generated leads.
• Educate homeowners on roof and exterior solutions — then close the deal.
• Deliver a 5-star customer experience from inspection through contract.
• Build long-term relationships that turn into repeat business and referrals.
