Job summary

American Home Design is seeking top sales professionals to join an elite team selling RainSoft premium water-treatment systems in East TN/Tri-Cities. In-home sales with qualified appointments, no cold calling, and a focus on building lasting client relationships to close high-ticket deals.

We provide industry-leading training, proven sales systems, and opportunities for leadership as we expand. Benefits include health, life, dental, disability coverage, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Proven in-home sales experience.
• Background in high-ticket product sales (bath, HVAC, roofing, windows, solar, remodeling).
• Ability to thrive in a commission-based environment and exceed targets.

Responsibilities

• Represent RainSoft premium water-treatment systems to customers in East TN/Tri-Cities.
• Manage in-home consultations and close high-ticket sales.
• Leverage provided training, systems, and marketing support to meet and exceed quotas.
