Job summary

American Home Design, Inc. in Middle TN is seeking top in-home sales professionals to join an elite team selling RainSoft premium water treatment systems. If you’re tired of commission caps, inconsistent lead flow, and limited advancement, this is for you.

We provide qualified appointments, industry-leading training, proven sales systems, and strong leadership. Expect six-figure earnings with uncapped commissions and a locally owned company with 50 years of experience as we expand.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience required.
• Background in bath, HVAC, roofing, windows, solar, remodeling or other high-ticket industries preferred.
• Proven ability to close sales and meet or exceed targets.

Responsibilities

• Sell RainSoft premium water treatment systems to homeowners.
• Represent American Home Design, Inc. and manage in-home consultations with qualified appointments.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth through repeat business and referrals.
