Job summary

Roof Maxx is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Charlotte, NC for a full-cycle sales role centered on roof rejuvenation. You’ll build a local client base and own the sales process from first contact to close.

You’ll prospect homeowners in assigned neighborhoods, generate your own appointments, present Roof Maxx rejuvenation, inspect roofs, and close deals. Earn based on what you produce with uncapped income and weekly pay.

Tired of knocking doors with the same roofing or insurance pitch homeowners hear every week?

We sell roof rejuvenation — a newer, lower-cost alternative that can help extend the life of qualifying asphalt roofs.

That means you’re approaching homeowners with a fresh conversation, not another storm-damage or full-replacement pitch.

In this role, you’ll:

This is a full-cycle sales role. You create the opportunity and you close it.

We’re looking for competitive, confident people who are comfortable talking to homeowners and want to build real sales skills.

Door-to-door, pest control, solar, alarms, roofing, or other commission sales experience is a plus — but not required.
