Avera Payments is seeking ambitious sales professionals to join our team in a field sales capacity. You’ll meet with business owners, learn their needs, and present customized payment solutions to help them save money and grow.

As a 1099 role with uncapped commissions, you can build a scalable portfolio with mentorship and dedicated support. Training, tools, and leadership opportunities are provided to help you succeed.

Pay: $75,000 – $89,000 per year

*Please note* This is a 1099 sales position

Work Location: 90% in field sales 10% remote

Qualifications

• Previous sales, customer service, or business development experience is a plus, but not required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years of age and located in the United States.
