In this role, you will have the independence to manage your schedule, with access to daily training and support from some of the top producers in the company.

About the Role

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Leverage our exclusive platform to connect with individuals interested in our life insurance products, focusing on engaging and serving clients. Client Engagement: Present and promote life insurance solutions by conducting thorough needs assessments, helping clients make informed decisions aligned with their financial goals. Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and ongoing support, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Training & Development: Participate in live coaching sessions and gain hands-on experience from top virtual sales reps, accelerating your growth. Sales Tracking: Use advanced tools to maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and progress toward goals. Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies, safeguarding client information and upholding ethical practices.
