Job summary

Hodge Industrial Technologies is seeking driven sales professionals to build relationships, develop opportunities, and grow a territory in the Dallas area. You will prospect, manage a territory, and deliver consultative solutions with our service and technical teams.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, self-motivation, and the ability to generate a strong sales pipeline. Experience in compressed air or industrial sales is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales or business development experience.
• Proven success generating new business.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and coachable.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and Google Workspace.
