This position is an exciting, fully part-time remote Life Insurance Agent role for individuals seeking a flexible and rewarding career that can be done from the comfort of their own home. We are looking for a self-motivated, results-driven sales professional to engage with potential customers and provide tailored life insurance solutions that meet their needs. In this role, you will have the independence to manage your schedule, with access to daily training and support from some of the top producers in the company.

About the Role

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Leverage our exclusive platform to connect with individuals interested in our life insurance products, focusing on engaging and serving clients. Client Engagement: Present and promote life insurance solutions by conducting needs assessments, helping clients make informed decisions aligned with their financial goals. Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and ongoing support. Training & Development: Participate in live coaching sessions and gain hands-on experience from top virtual sales reps. Sales Tracking: Use advanced tools to maintain accurate records of sales, interactions, and progress. Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory standards and company policies, protecting client information and maintaining ethical practices.

Responsibilities

  • Be highly motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust with clients.
  • Have excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Offer solutions addressing client concerns within their budget.
  • Build lasting relationships and be open to constructive feedback.
  • Previous industry experience is a plus but not required.
  • Willing to obtain a life insurance license (training and support provided).
