Outside Sales Representative – Millwork & Cabinetry

Are you a driven and motivated sales professional with a background in architectural millwork and cabinetry? Join a growing team offering an exciting opportunity to represent high-quality millwork products to architects, designers, contractors, and developers.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll be the key connection between the company and clients. Your mission: build strong relationships, provide expert solutions, and grow revenue by engaging key decision-makers in the construction and design industry. We're looking for someone with a hands-on, proactive mindset and the ability to deliver results in a high-opportunity market.

What You’ll Do:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the contractor and developer segment
  • Prepare and present accurate quotes, proposals, and estimates based on client needs
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets in a performance-based environment
  • Build long-term partnerships with contractors, architects, and designers
  • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle, ensuring top-tier service
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and product innovations
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activity, client communications, and project milestones
What We’re Looking For:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in millwork, cabinetry, or related building materials sales
  • Existing relationships with builders, designers, architects, and general contractors is a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of millwork materials, fabrication, and installation practices
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and architectural drawings
  • Proven success in a commission-driven or performance-based role
  • Comfortable with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and estimating tools (preferred)

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Compensation: Competitive base + commission
