Job summary

3 Day Blinds is seeking energetic in-home sales consultants to design and close custom window treatments with clients in their own spaces. You’ll build relationships, understand needs, and tailor solutions that fit both style and budget.

With company-provided leads, paid training, and uncapped earning potential, you can manage your schedule while delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish across a national brand.

Qualifications

• People person who enjoys building relationships
• Motivated by performance and uncapped earning potential
• Confident, coachable, and independent
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments
• Open to evenings and at least one weekend day
• Have reliable transportation and are comfortable traveling locally
• Backgrounds in sales, hospitality, customer service, retail welcome; no design experience required
