Berkshire Production Supply LLC in Cleveland, OH is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our NW Ohio territory by developing new business relationships and expanding existing accounts.

You will be responsible for meeting KPIs, presenting solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met. The position offers a flexible schedule, company car and phone allowances, and a path for growth within a nationwide distributor.

Qualifications

• Outside Sales experience is required.
• Must be age 21+ to drive a company vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Demonstrated experience managing and growing sales territory.
• Ability to quickly build relationships with key decision makers in client organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develops new business relationships with potential & existing customers and meet KPIs regarding prospecting & closing deals.
• Understands customer business models and product needs.
• Crafts solutions for customers that meet and exceed their requirements.
• Prospect new clients in assigned territory.
• Works to expand sales with existing clients.
• Act as a subject matter expert on all products lines.
• Provide reports on progress in territory and opportunities for growth.
• Respond to RFQ’s as necessary.
• Work closely with other teams on larger projects to ensure deliverables are met.
• Pursue VMI opportunities.
• Notify customers of signature brand products.
• Work with core supplier target account programs by scheduling sales calls and presentations.
• Encourage customer website usage.
• Travel when necessary.

Experience and Skills

The Most Qualified Candidates Will Have:

• CNC Machining experience, or
• Industrial distribution or supply chain experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required to be Successful in This Position:

• Outside Sales experience is required
