PJ Fitzpatrick, LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to meet with homeowners for in-home consultations. We provide warm, pre-scheduled appointments so you can focus on selling rather than cold calling or door knocking.

This is a 100% commission opportunity with earning potential from $120,000 to $300,000+ annually, with top performers earning $300,000+. Extensive paid training and ongoing coaching help you build the skills to succeed.

Our Outside Sales Representatives meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest in improving their homes. We provide warm, pre-scheduled appointments, so you can focus on selling—not cold calling or knocking on doors.

This is a 100% commission opportunity with earning potential of $120,000-$300,000+ annually. Our top performers regularly earn $300,000+.

No previous home-improvement experience is required. We provide extensive paid training, hands-on field experience, and ongoing coaching and support to help you build the skills needed to succeed.

What You’ll Do as an Outside Sales Representative

• Meet with homeowners for in-home consultations (appointments provided)
• Build relationships and understand each customer's needs
• Present solutions and close sales
• Manage your sales pipeline and maintain organized records
• Represent P.J. Fitzpatrick with professionalism and integrity

Requirements

• Outgoing and comfortable meeting new people

Previous sales or home-improvement experience is preferred but not required - if you're teachable and driven, we'll train you!
