Job summary

PJ Fitzpatrick, LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Asheville, NC. This is a 100% commission role with earning potential of $120,000–$300,000+ annually, supported by warm, pre-scheduled appointments and extensive paid training.

You will meet with homeowners, build relationships, present solutions, and close sales while managing your pipeline with ongoing coaching and support. Comprehensive benefits are offered.

Our Outside Sales Representatives meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest in improving their homes. We provide warm, pre-scheduled appointments, so you can focus on selling—not cold calling or knocking on doors.

This is a 100% commission opportunity with earning potential of $120,000-$300,000+ annually. Our top performers regularly earn $300,000+.

No previous home-improvement experience is required. We provide extensive paid training, hands-on field experience, and ongoing coaching and support to help you build the skills needed to succeed.

Previous sales or home-improvement experience is preferred but not required - if you're teachable and driven, we'll train you!
