Job summary

Saela Pest Control in Centennial, CO seeks a Certified Inspector to blend hands-on pest inspections with proactive sales. The role drives new business and revenue through tailored solutions, while engaging customers in the field.

You'll inspect residential properties, work in attics and crawl spaces, and build lasting client relationships. Expect monthly targets, a guaranteed base pay for four months, and opportunities for commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

We're looking for a Certified Inspector for a hands-on, field-based role that combines sales with physical, on-site work. In this role you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue through customer-focused sales strategies. This role combines traditional sales skills with creativity to identify client needs, present tailored solutions, and build long-term relationships. This is a great position to help you build your skills in sales and customer-facing service.

What To Expect

You will have monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team, and your manager will work closely with you to ensure your success in reaching or exceeding your sales goals.

You will occasionally be required to go to our warehouse located in Centeniall, CO for meetings, training, restocking of supplies, etc.

Interview Process

You must complete three interviews as part of the hiring process before a job offer is extended: one with the local Branch Manager, a second with the Assistant Region Manager, and a final interview with the Manager of Residential Sales.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with physical, hands-on work in various environments (attics, crawl spaces, ladders, etc.)
• Willingness to split time between sales and manual/field work
• Strong communication and customer interaction skills
• Self-motivated and adaptable in a field-based setting
• Previous experience in construction, HVAC, field service, or similar is a plus
