Job summary

Saela Pest Control in Colorado is seeking a motivated Residential Pest Control Technician with experience in sales and home inspections. You will perform detailed inspections, identify pest issues, and close sales while delivering excellent customer service.

You will handle a daily route, treat homes with various pest control treatments, develop treatment plans, and explain findings to customers. Training is provided; company vehicle and gear are provided after training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months sales experience.
• Minimum 6 months of home inspection experience.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Customer-focused and self-motivated.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; pass background and drug screening.
• Must be 18 or older; able to lift up to 50 lbs; may wear respirator for safety.
• Comfortable entering crawl spaces and attics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed residential inspections to identify pest issues and entry points.
• Close sales while delivering excellent customer service.
• Treat customers' homes with various pest control treatments and conduct inspections.
• Build relationships with customers and provide strategic recommendations for pest control.
• Handle daily routes (12–14 homes) and maintain customer relationships.
• Attend meetings/training at the Northglenn, CO warehouse and support restocking of supplies.

We're looking for a motivated Residential Pest Control Technician with experience in sales and home inspections. This role focuses on conducting detailed inspections, identifying pest issues, and closing sales while delivering excellent customer service.
In this position, you will have a daily route where you will treat customers' homes with various pest control treatments, techniques, and inspections. You will strive to solve customers' pest concerns while exemplifying excellent customer service, maintaining customer relationships, and providing strategic recommendations.

• Wage comparable to $25 - $35 / hour (base pay + servicing commissions + sales commissions + monthly bonuses)

Once your training is completed, you will receive a company vehicle that you can take home along with a fuel card to use while running a route. You will also receive either a company cell phone or bi-monthly reimbursement.

What To Expect

You will be treating approximately 12 to 14 homes per day. Routes will be created for you daily and will consist of the same customers for all their services, so that you can build relationships with your customers.

You will conduct thorough inspections of residential properties to find any points of entry for insects and rodents while identifying any pest infestations and coming up with appropriate treatment plans. You will communicate clearly with customers about any findings you have and share treatment plans, preventative measures to take, and any additional services we offer to help keep our customers pest-free.

You will occasionally be required to go to our warehouse located in Northglenn, CO for meetings, training, restocking of supplies, etc.
