Aston Carter is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for a contract role based in Bridgewater, MA. You will visit local businesses and promote a delivery partner program, earning uncapped commissions while managing a Salesforce-driven pipeline.

You’ll generate leads, enroll applicants, and build relationships with business owners. The role requires local travel and a hybrid work setup, with a pay range of $28.00–$29.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales, customer service, or business development experience.
• Outside/field sales experience preferred.
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong communication, prospecting, and relationship-building skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Bridgewater, Massachusetts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $29.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
