Job summary

Hibu in Boone, North Carolina, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join a growth-focused team. This role combines a base salary with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, backed by comprehensive benefits and best-in-class training to help you win and advance.

In Year 1, on-target earnings are $85,000 to $95,000 and in Year 2 $106,000 to $125,000, with a hybrid work model that blends a home office and field visits.

Responsibilities

• Sell digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Sell Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold call business owners and prospect within a designated territory to set appointments and perform needs assessments.
• Grow your book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earning residual commissions through account management.
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects and build strong client relationships across diverse industries.
