As the leading distributor of industrial fabrics in the United States, our products are integral to a variety of sectors, including industrial packaging, building products, automotive, filtration, furniture, and mattress manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Service Existing Customers and Develop New Product Placements: You will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and understanding their evolving needs. Additionally, you will proactively seek out new product placements and new business opportunities, identifying potential clients and introducing them to our product portfolio.
• Develop Relationships with Customers: Developing trusting and lasting relationships with our customers is a critical aspect of this role. By understanding their requirements and challenges, you will position yourself as a valuable resource, offering exceptional service and product expertise that address their specific business requirements.
• Execute Sales Strategy: As a key member of the sales team, you will implement the company’s sales strategy in your designated region and across your market’s industries. This involves conducting market research, identifying key target areas, prospecting potential customers, and effectively promoting our products and service to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
• Report Progress to Management: Keeping Branch Manager and Director of Sales Operations informed about your progress is essential for strategic alignment and performance evaluation. • Concentrate on Core Business Growth: Focus on strengthening and expanding the core business that has been the foundation of Hanes' success in the Furniture and Bedding industry. This includes developing relationships with key customers, identifying growth opportunities within established markets, and supporting long‑term business objectives.

• Proven Sales and Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the markets we serve. A BS/BA degree and/or 2–3 years of business‑to‑business sales experience is preferred.
