HomeTeam is hiring an Outside Sales Representative in the West Palm area. No sales experience is required; extensive training is provided.

You will contact homeowners, demonstrate product benefits, and manage sales documents to support pest-control techs in delivering a great customer experience. With uncapped earnings, a company vehicle and gas card, a cell phone and iPad, plus a strong benefits package, this role offers a clear path for commission-based income alongside benefits and career

Formación

• No experience required – training will be provided!
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver's license

Responsabilidades

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
