This is an exciting opportunity for an extroverted road warrior to own, build, and support a network of Landscape Dealer Suppliers and Contractors.Castohn CA, the high-end manufacturer of premier landscape and precast concrete products for the construction industry is seeking an experienced candidate for Outside Sales in Northern California and Nevada. This person will drive our business in these regions, communicating business needs with leadership while advocating for Castohn in the market. This position is an on-the-road position for someone based in the East SF Bay Area.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include introducing, supporting, and growing the Castohn product line with Dealers, Contractors, Designers, and Architects by building in-person relationships with our customers. Company truck, cell phone, and computer will be provided.

Requirements

Successful candidates must maintain a valid Driver’s License and be able to safely lift and handle dense concrete material. They also must be able to operate standard office equipment and technology. Some manual labor (display building and jobsite support) is also required, as we service construction professionals. A positive attitude, self-starter mindset, a flexible spirit, and a desire to work with a growing family business are musts. Also must be able to travel overnight and by plane.

Compensation

• $90K annual base salary with additional performance bonuses available. Benefits include Medical.Base salary is based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
