Pacific Supply is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to build and maintain strong relationships within the construction community across our customer base. You will pursue new business while growing existing accounts, articulating product value, and representing a trusted supplier with uncapped earning potential.

This role requires a proven sales background, excellent communication, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Proven success in outside sales—ideally in construction materials, building products, or distribution.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and developers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
