United Rentals is seeking an Outside Sales Rep for Flooring & Facility Solutions in Pompano Beach, FL. You will target facilities and restoration customers, build relationships, and drive revenue through floor care and surface prep equipment rentals.

This role requires a proactive, outgoing salesperson with a track record in flooring-related sales and a valid driver's license. You will partner with Rental Sales Reps and national accounts teams to cover accounts, create action plans, and present

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years flooring and surface prep experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent planning, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of construction equipment preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Maximize revenue from facilities and construction sites in a defined territory.
• Prospect, qualify and acquire new accounts in facility maintenance and restoration.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and subsidiaries.
• Collaborate with General Rental Sales Reps and National Accounts teams to develop leads.
• Develop sales plans and present products and services to clients.
• Utilize CRM tools to build and manage a pipeline of opportunities.

You will be the voice and initial point of contact for our industry leading company. We will rely on you to use your exceptional sales and consultative skills to understand the needs of interested parties and turn them into loyal customers.
