What you'll be doing

• Run the full discovery‑to‑close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$32K annualized)
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $100K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles
