What do our Pest Control Consultants do?

The primary purpose of this role is to sell Residential Pest Management Services and Products to new and existing customers, providing customer-focused service to grow the business. You will be the face of our brand in your community, protecting homes and families by assessing needs and offering pest control solutions based on expert knowledge.

Responsibilities Include:

• Inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Inside Sales, and Technicians for increased opportunities
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and develop proposals
• Complete Home diagrams using Sales CRM
• Follow up on proposals to close sales
• Ensure satisfactory completion of new service installations
• Maintain daily activities and sales performance records

Essential Job Functions

These include physical demands such as moving up to 10 lbs. regularly and 11–20 lbs. frequently, navigating various terrains, and working in small spaces with pests. You must operate a motor vehicle safely and wear PPE as needed.

What do you need?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills
• Prefer 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience
• Ability to travel within assigned territory

Base Pay Range: Hourly: $19.00 - $29.42, with pay varying based on location, skills, and experience.
