Home Genius Exteriors in Charlotte, NC is seeking a full-time Outside Sales Representative to meet with homeowners, present solutions, and close high-ticket projects. You’ll visit 8-12 pre-qualified prospects weekly and earn uncapped commissions with bonuses.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required (Drive times 30-90 minutes from home).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week).
• Industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily.
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors.
• Present financing options and close sales.
• Build lasting customer relationships.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.
