Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive new business and manage a territory. You will prospect, qualify leads, and close deals using our CRM to meet weekly sales goals and quotas.

This B2B sales role involves offering work apparel solutions, including laundry, delivery, repair, and branding, to help customers look professional and perform at their best. A base salary with commissions and a car package are part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CMS/CRM experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Prior sales experience (1 year+) in a similar role preferred.
• Prior B2B sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory.
• Utilize CRM to identify, prospect, and close new business.
• Consistently achieve weekly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and quotas.
• Present solutions for work apparel, including laundry, delivery, repair, and branding services.
