Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking driven Outside Sales Representatives to join a fast-growing team in a full-time, W-2 role. You will meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners weekly, deliver in-home presentations, recommend exterior solutions, and close high-ticket sales.

Average first-year earnings range from $150K-$200K with uncapped commissions and bonuses. Top performers earn $300K+. This role offers ongoing training, career growth, and a high-earning potential.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is preferred, not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required (Drive times 30-90 minutes from home).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week).
• Industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily.
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors.
• Present financing options and close sales.
• Build lasting customer relationships.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.
