Certified Labs is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the Kansas City/Topeka, KS area. You will sell a premium line of performance lubricants to industrial customers, build enduring partnerships, and develop leadership skills while earning incentives and commissions.

You will travel within your territory, manage 150+ active accounts, and provide value through cost savings and uptime improvements. A base salary is offered with uncapped commissions and a clear path to advancement.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to participate in leadership and skill development programs.

Responsibilities

• Execute 15+ in-person sales calls daily using the Gears of Selling approach.
• Present and demonstrate a 40 lb demo bag with live samples and tools on each call.
• Collaborate with internal teams on programs, rollouts, and contracts.
