You will meet with homeowners and business owners during pre-scheduled appointments (plus self-generated leads) to diagnose pest, termite, and home issues, acting as a trusted advisor to craft customized, high-value solutions. Responsibilities include developing proposals, coordinating with technicians, identifying leads, and building lasting client relationships through excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in customer service or sales.
• High school diploma or higher.
• Valid ID and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and business owners during pre-scheduled appointments and leads you generate.
• Develop detailed proposals with pricing and timelines.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure proper execution of treatment plans.
• Identify and cultivate leads through outreach and community events.
• Maintain strong client relationships with clear communication and follow-through.
• Stay current on products, methods, and regulations; cross-sell services when appropriate.
