Meier Agency is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive new business in a B2B setting and advance into a Team Leader role managing a sales team. The position offers rapid growth through our system and multiple incentives.

Responsibilities include field sales, building local accounts, and creating a referral network for life. A health & life license is required or can be obtained after hiring; compensation is commission-based with substantial growth potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct sales, outside sales, or B2B sales
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time
• Proven ability to build trust quickly
• Goal-oriented with ability to meet deadlines
• Active insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain upon hiring
