Job summary

FASTSIGNS of West Metro, MN is hiring an Outside Sales team member to drive new business and deliver customized sign and graphics solutions across industries. You’ll build relationships, identify opportunities, and close deals with a consultative approach.

The role offers a base pay plus commission, a flexible schedule and ongoing training. Prior B2B sales experience and CRM familiarity are preferred; HS diploma required. This franchise location is independently owned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in an outside sales/commission based environment preferred
• Prior B2B consultative sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools
• Prior experience in a sign and graphics environment a plus

Responsibilities

• Work with customers across many industries and provide solutions that make an impact in their workplace
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Prospect for new business and network for sales opportunities
