Job summary

Cintas is seeking a goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our Outside Sales team in Ohio. You will prospect, develop, and qualify leads, use our CRM to manage a growing territory, and work toward weekly sales goals with ongoing training and certification.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and CMS.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Prior sales experience (1 year+) preferred in a similar role.
• Prior B2B sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory.
• Utilize CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and manage pipeline.
• Consistently achieve weekly sales goals and quotas.
• Engage in ongoing training and certification to ensure success.
