Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a goal‑oriented Outside Sales Representative in the United States to expand our B2B customer base with work apparel solutions. You will prospect, qualify leads, and close new business, using the CRM to track activity and meet weekly quotas.

Training and ongoing development are emphasized to help you succeed. This role includes a competitive base salary with commission, a monthly car allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package, with opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and Contact Management System (CMS).
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Prior sales experience (1 year+), preferably in a similar role.
• Prior new business‑to‑business (B2B) sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory.
• Use CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and achieve weekly sales goals and quotas.
• Engage in in-person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, objection‑handling, and closing.
