Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a goal‑oriented Outside Sales Representative in Greenville to drive new business for facility services. You will prospect, qualify leads, and close deals using CRM, product demonstrations, and negotiations, while delivering hands‑on support and building lasting customer relationships.

The role emphasizes a strong base plus monthly commissions, a car allowance, and ongoing training. A high‑energy, coachable, customer‑focused mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to spend majority of the work week meeting prospective customers in the field, including daily travel by car within the assigned local territory.
• Work from the assigned Cintas office on Mon/Wed 7:30am–12:00pm and Fri 7:30am–10:00am, plus field sales activities.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and CMS.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within territory.
• Utilize CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and meet weekly quotas.
• Provide hands‑on help with customer needs and solutions.
• Support customers to get Ready for the Workday in a B2B sales context.
