Job summary

Cintas Corporation is hiring an Outside Sales Representative in Wisconsin to build new business and serve local customers with facility services solutions. You’ll prospect, demonstrate products, negotiate, and close deals while using our CRM to hit weekly and quarterly quotas.

Expect competitive base pay, monthly commissions, and a path for growth within a Fortune 500 company. You'll travel within your local territory, work with a supportive team, and participate in hands-on training to certify

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Must travel daily within local territory and work office hours Mon/Wed 7:30–12 and Fri 7:30–10.
• Proficient in MS Office; CMS and CRM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads in the local territory.
• Use CRM to identify, close new business, and meet weekly quotas.
• Participate in field sales activities and office time as scheduled.
