Cintas Corporation is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative in Wisconsin to join the team. You will prospect and close new B2B accounts, manage deliveries, and provide work apparel solutions to customers across industries.

Expect training, certification, and ongoing development in a supportive environment. The role involves building relationships, meeting weekly goals, and leveraging CRM for lead generation.

Qualifications

• Required: High School diploma or GED
• Required: Valid driver’s license
• Required: Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and Contact Management System (CMS)
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Preferred: Prior sales experience (1 year+), preferably in a similar role
• Preferred: Prior new business-to-business (B2B) sales experience

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory.
• Utilize CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and achieve weekly sales goals and quotas.
• Build relationships with customers to understand needs and provide apparel solutions.
