RISE Financial is seeking an adaptable Outside Sales Representative & Trainer to grow our client base across the Phoenix area and beyond. You will engage with business clients, present our supplemental insurance products, and mentor new team members as you lead by example.

Ideal candidates are goal-oriented, with a proven drive to achieve objectives, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is a plus, but training is provided.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others are essential.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are required.
• Leadership or mentorship experience is beneficial but not required.
