Job summary

RISE Financial in Oregon's Cottage Grove is seeking an Outside Sales Representative & Trainer to build relationships with business clients and drive growth in our supplemental insurance products. You will engage prospects, meet team goals, and mentor new teammates as you take on leadership responsibilities.

The role offers uncapped commissions, a base draw, and ongoing training, with a schedule Monday–Friday and occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is a plus, but we are happy to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others are essential.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are required.
• Previous leadership or mentorship experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients, introduce them to our supplemental insurance products, and build lasting relationships.
