Qualifications

• Build long-term relationships with customers.
• Grow the business and control expenses.
• Inspect customers' homes to determine services needed.
• Prepare and present proposals to existing and new customers.
• Network and cold call to generate sales leads.
• Telephone prospecting and appointment setting.
• Accurate and timely completion of all sales paperwork.
• Prior outside sales experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Background checks completed on all candidates.
