The Assurance Group is hiring in Orlando, FL for an Outside Sales role with a flexible schedule. Fresh leads are provided and extensive training with real-time support is included.

You’ll meet clients in person, not remotely, and you’ll set your own hours within a sales-driven environment. Experience is welcome but not required; candidates from bartending, servers, teaching, healthcare, and even military backgrounds have succeeded with our products (life, health, fixed index annuities).

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated (This is a commission sales role!)
• Must have or be willing to obtain Life Insurance License (fairly simple process)
• Must have reliable transportation (We meet with clients in person)

The Assurance Group is looking to hire and train new agents with the right skill set for our National Marketing Organization.

Although experienced insurance agents are welcome to apply, no experience is necessary. In fact, often we prefer to work with people coming from other industries. We've found tremendous success taking people with careers asbartenders,servers,teachers,healthcare workers, and even formermilitaryand training them to represent our products (life, health, and fixed index annuities).

Please note that we visit clients IN PERSON. This is not a work-from-home role, and a reliable vehicle is required.
