Job summary

The Assurance Group in Athens, OH is hiring for Outside Sales with a flexible schedule and thorough training. No prior insurance experience is required; candidates from bartending, serving, teaching, healthcare, or military backgrounds are encouraged.

We visit clients in person, require reliable transportation, and offer fresh company leads, a broad carrier line-up, and the freedom to set your own hours. Ongoing support, a friendly sales community, and competitive compensation with weekly pay

The Assurance Group is looking to hire and train new agents with the right skill set for our National Marketing Organization.

Although experienced insurance agents are welcome to apply, no experience is necessary. In fact, often we prefer to work with people coming from other industries. We've found tremendous success taking people with careers asbartenders,servers,teachers,healthcare workers, and even formermilitaryand training them to represent our products (life, health, and fixed index annuities).

Please note that we visit clients IN PERSON. This is not a work-from-home role, and a reliable vehicle is required.
